With the relocation to their newly refurbished office complete, Financial Fortress explained what they required to ensure they could perform at optimal levels in their new premises.
As so much of their work is dependent on communication, online research and email they needed a service that was fast, reliable and maximised the team’s collaboration across all parts of the rapidly growing departments of pensions, investments, mortgages and busienss funding.
Financial Fortress engaged Connectus to provide state-of-the-art VoIP telephony and business broadband services.
Connectus designed the VoiP telephony workflow and delivered an inclusive handset, smartphone MI app, providing full UC and minutes bundle over a managed fibre connection to the new office space on a fixed fee basis.
Following some initial engineering challenges, Financial Fortress now benefit from a much more agile, better connected and enabled workforce that are fully prepared for the continued growth of the company.
