Connectus and Ashton Consulting Board (ACB) started working together back in 2020 when ACB were looking for an IT platform on which to run their business and specifically Microsoft 365 to be set up properly and securely.
Ashton wanted to build a strategic partnership with an expert IT partner that could develop solutions to drive efficiency and mobility within ACB as they grew.
Ideally, they wanted to find a partner they could trust and deploy with confidence into their clients as well.
This is where the partnership with Connectus started and has gone from strength to strength with mutual clients and a compelling proposition.
Connectus started by discussing with Ashton Consulting their long-term vision so that the solution met their needs both for today and, crucially, could be scaled to meet their needs as they grow. As a result, Connectus deployed Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Dynamics, to centralise their email, files and customer data into Microsoft 365 and deployed backup and security to make sure everything was safe. A cloud phone system was implemented for maximum mobility and all wrapped with their business-grade IT Managed Service.
Using the Microsoft 365 infrastructure with 365 Dynamics, Ashton Consulting Board has developed a new operating model that delivers great client insight using the visibility of data and power BI as well as a true hybrid working model for the team. As we grow, the IT system scales with us and we have added additional capabilities such as a cloud phone system to, again, drive efficiency and mobility.
