Overview
I have been involved with Connectus for many years on the Doncaster Airport site. I cannot be more happy with the relationship over the years. I once had an internet outage on Boxing Day. One phone call to the on call duty manager and things were quickly actioned. As it happened it was a major outage in Leeds. However the team kicked in and kept me informed. The new support email has been really successful. It means any member of staff can raise an issue and get a response rather than having a single point of contact who may not always be available. I would recommend without hesitation.
