I’ve known and worked with Connectus for some years, both in the capacity as Manager of Lymm Sanctuary Hub and Business Centre (a Lymm-based charity operating a community and business hub) and in the capacity as owner of Colony Networking (a social enterprise that organises business and community support events). Connectus has been invaluable to us. From the initial planning stage where they undertook an audit of our organisational structure, email and IT systems right through to the design and implementation of a customised solution to deliver on our requirements. We have our phone system, broadband lines, networks and Microsoft Office 365 email and file storage system altogether now with a single supplier and the support contract in place offers us back-ups, virus protection and peace of mind that we can get a fast response with any technical queries. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and that level of customer service is hard to find in the IT sector. We purposely moved over to them because of that direct account handling and fast response and their understanding of us a charity with specific structural needs, governance and data control measures in place. We’ve very happy with the system and support that Connectus offers us.
