Their suite of training programmes includes CIPD accredited Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced level qualifications in Human Resource Management and Learning and Development and apprenticeship programmes at levels 3, 5 and 7 in HR and Learning & Development. In addition, they offer business and HR consultancy services including executive and performance coaching, bespoke leadership and personal development programmes and HR support and interim services to SMEs.
The Issue
Chrysos HR approached us as they were struggling to manage their IT support needs inhouse. Following a move to virtual working and service delivery they were also fully aware of the opportunities and potential available to further develop their IT capabilities.
The Solution
