Connectus Business Solutions invests in Glu Digital as Digital Connect Group launches to accelerate channel growth

Connectus Business Solutions has made a strategic investment in Glu Digital, supporting the launch of Digital Connect Group, a new technology services group bringing together complementary businesses with a shared vision for growth, innovation and customer success.

The investment combines Connectus’ operational scale, managed services expertise and delivery capability with Glu Digital’s specialist strengths in professional services, customer experience, lifecycle management and channel engagement.

As part of the transaction, Glu Digital has acquired Colander Technology Ltd, a specialist provider of wireless surveying and consultancy services. The acquisition strengthens Glu Digital’s expertise across wireless networking, infrastructure assessment, design validation and network optimisation, further enhancing its ability to support partners with specialist technical services.

Operating under the Digital Connect Group structure, the combined businesses will provide partners with access to a broader portfolio of services, deeper technical expertise and increased delivery capacity, while maintaining Glu Digital’s established channel-only model.

Together, the group will support partners across the entire technology lifecycle, from consultancy, design and deployment through to optimisation, managed services, adoption and ongoing customer success.
